Deleting your MedAdvocate account

To delete your MedAdvocate account and associated data:

  1. Open the MedAdvocate app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or
  2. Email team@medadvocate.net from your account email requesting deletion.

What is deleted

Your account, email, uploaded bill images, and dispute letters.

What is retained

Payment and mailing records required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, kept for seven (7) years, then deleted.
